    care together from anywhere

The Cambridgeshire the Assistive Technology and Telehealthcare Team (ATT) at Cambridgeshire County Council have recently purchased an unlimited license for the use of the Carers UK App ‘Jointly’ www.jointlyapp.com which can be shared with all informal carers.

The ‘Jointly’ app can be downloaded for free by using the access code on the attached flyers. The app makes sharing care with others easier, less stressful and a bit more organised and was designed by carers!

The app provides:

  • One central place to store and share information about the person being looked after.
  • Simple, intuitive group communication to keep everyone informed and better connected.
  • Shared task lists and calendar to help co-ordinate responsibilities and organise what needs to be done.

The Council have purchased this app to try and support informal carers to try using new technologies to help manage caring responsibilities in the hope that this will make people a little braver with this type of thing.
