Friends and Family Test

A quick, anonymous way to tell us how we’re doing. This is a nationally standardised test used throughout the NHS.

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help NHS service providers understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed.

We submit our FFT results monthly to NHS England, and they are published here.
