Ely Primary Care Networks have two vacancies. The closing date for both posts is 23rd May 2021.
Pharmacy Technician – will involve working closely with our Clinical Pharmacists, GPs and other Practice staff to support safe, effective and efficient prescribing within the Practices.
Social Prescribing Link Worker – this role is closely connected to helping the person find out how their local community networks of family, friends and organisations can help in their plans to change, as well as helping them navigate more traditional health and social care services when needed.
