Online access to your care record with Addenbrooke’s Hospital, including some test results ordered by your GP.
MyChart gives patients personalised and secure online access to portions of their medical records, including:
- Your health summary from the MyChart electronic health record.
- View results from tests arranged by Addenbrookes clinical teams or your GP if they have sent samples to Addenbrookes laboratories for testing.
- Access trusted health information resources.
- Communicate electronically and securely with your medical care team.
How do I sign up?
Patients who wish to participate will be activated during their clinic visit, at which time you will create your own username and password.

Please remember:
- If the tests have been ordered by the hospital, then as your GP we will not receive the results. We only see the results of tests that we have ordered for you.
- The majority of your test results are made available to you at the same time as, or even earlier than, when they are made available to your GP. This means that in many cases you will likely see the results before the clinicians caring for you have had an opportunity to review them. Please allow time for clinical review of your results before getting in touch with us to discuss them.
