Which non-NHS services we offer and how much you may have to pay for them.
Some of the services we provide are not covered by the NHS. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, passport signing and some vaccination services. We can provide these for you at a fee. Our fees for these services are displayed in the practices.
