If you have any blood tests or investigations, you will be asked to telephone the surgery for the results.
A nurse will either speak to you or return your call with the results and answer any questions that you might have.
It is important that you contact the surgery for your results, because the large number of tests performed every day makes it impossible for us to monitor their return, so if for any reason your results did not come back to the surgery we would not necessarily know.
