We will be partially closed for mandatory staff training on Wednesday 19th July, so will be working slightly differently on Wednesday in order to manage patient requests prior to the afternoon closure. AskmyGP will be open to raise online requests from 8am – 9am, and will be closed after this time.
If you’d like to raise a request for care over the phone, please call the normal reception phone number for your practice (listed below) between 8.30am – 2.30pm. Your requests will be added to the system to be triaged, and you will be contacted accordingly. If it’s felt that your query could be dealt with by another service (e.g., a pharmacist, physiotherapist etc ) you will be signposted elsewhere.
We will then close fully from 2.30pm, so any calls made after this time will hear a telephone message advising you to call 111 for assessment. All sites will re-open from 8.30 on Thursday 20th as usual.
